Adding Contents

Users are allowed to add several types of resources into this site:

  • Event
  • Publications
  • Proposals
  • Video and Video links
  • Artworks
  • Photos

In each resource folder there is a portlet which displays a link on the menu to add contents. Click it to add contents into the resource folders.

To prevent spams, all added contents are subject to review by the site administrators before they are published and made available to public

Editing Submitted Contents

New contents are automatically submitted for review. If you want to edit your content which are under review or published state, you will need to retract it back to private.

In the toolbar of the content, click the state dropdown menu, and click retract.

After you have edited your content, make sure to submit it back for publication so that it can be reviewed and shown to public.

Is that a hassle?

Contact the site administrators to get yourselves into the trusted group. Users in the trusted group are allowed to add/remove/edit/publish content as he/she wishes. Of course, with great power comes great responsibility.
